Booking & Reservations
How do I book a parking spot with E-Park?
Booking parking is easy: 1) Visit our search page or use the E-Park app, 2) Enter your destination, date, and time, 3) Browse available garages and compare prices, 4) Select your preferred spot and complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email and QR code for contactless entry.
How far in advance can I reserve parking?
You can book parking up to 90 days in advance. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours ahead for popular locations and events to ensure availability and the best rates.
Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes, you can modify your reservation through your E-Park account or the confirmation email. Changes to dates, times, or duration are subject to availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
What happens if I arrive early or stay late?
If you arrive early, you may need to wait until your reservation start time or pay the drive-up rate for the extra time. Staying past your reservation end time incurs additional charges at the garage's hourly rate. We recommend booking extra time if your plans are flexible.
Do I need to print my reservation?
No printing required! Simply show the QR code from your confirmation email or the E-Park app at the garage entry. You can also add your parking pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for even faster access.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods does E-Park accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Why are online rates cheaper than drive-up rates?
Booking in advance helps garages plan capacity and operations, so they pass savings to customers. Online reservations typically save 20-40% compared to drive-up rates. Plus, you get a guaranteed spot.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay, including all taxes and service fees. We believe in transparent pricing—no surprise charges at the garage.
How does the price guarantee work?
When you book with E-Park, we lock in your rate. Even if prices increase after you book, you'll pay the original quoted price. If prices drop, contact us and we'll honor the lower rate.
Can I get a receipt for my parking?
Yes, you'll receive an email receipt immediately after payment. You can also access all your receipts in your E-Park account under "My Bookings." Receipts include all details needed for expense reports.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is E-Park's cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 3 hours before your reservation start time. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before are non-refundable. For monthly passes, please contact support for cancellation terms.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Cancel through your E-Park account, the confirmation email link, or by contacting our support team. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
What if my plans change day-of?
If your plans change within 3 hours of your booking, you can modify to a different time or date (subject to availability) instead of canceling. This preserves your reservation and avoids cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds for no-shows?
No-shows are not eligible for refunds as the parking spot was held for you. If you're running late, please contact us—we may be able to extend your entry window without penalty.
At the Garage
How do I enter the parking garage?
At E-Park garages, simply scan your QR code at the entry gate scanner. The gate will open automatically. No ticket needed. At partner garages, show your QR code or confirmation to the attendant.
What if the QR scanner doesn't work?
If you experience scanner issues: 1) Ensure your screen brightness is at maximum, 2) Try the manual entry code from your confirmation, 3) Press the intercom for garage assistance, 4) Contact E-Park support at any time.
Is my car safe in E-Park garages?
Yes. All E-Park facilities feature 24/7 security cameras, well-lit areas, and regular security patrols. Many locations offer covered parking, and our insurance covers damage that occurs within our facilities.
Can I leave and re-enter during my reservation?
In-and-out privileges vary by garage. Check your reservation details for this information. If in-and-out is included, simply scan your QR code each time you enter or exit.
What if the garage is full when I arrive?
Your reservation guarantees your spot. If a garage appears full, inform the attendant you have a reservation. In the rare case we can't honor your booking, we'll arrange alternative parking nearby at no extra cost and provide a full refund.
Account & App
Do I need an account to book parking?
You can book as a guest, but creating a free E-Park account offers benefits: saved vehicles, faster checkout, booking history, loyalty rewards, and exclusive member discounts.
How do I download the E-Park app?
The E-Park app is available for iOS and Android. Search "E-Park Parking" in the App Store or Google Play, or visit our website on your mobile device for direct download links.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link. The link expires in 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check spam or contact support.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Account Settings > Payment Methods. You can add new cards, remove old ones, or set a default payment method. All payment information is securely encrypted.
