Booking & Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

Search for parking by entering your destination, select a garage, choose your arrival and departure times, and complete payment. You'll receive an instant confirmation with a QR code.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book up to 90 days in advance for most garages. Same-day bookings are available up until 30 minutes before your desired arrival time, subject to availability.

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes! You can extend your parking time or change your arrival/departure times up to 1 hour before your booking starts. Go to "My Bookings" and click "Modify Reservation". Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

How do I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time for a full refund. Go to "My Bookings", select the reservation, and click "Cancel". Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a fee depending on the garage's policy.

What if I arrive late?

Your spot is reserved for the entire duration of your booking. If you arrive late, you won't lose your spot, but you won't be refunded for unused time. If you arrive after your booking has ended, your reservation may be forfeited.

What if I need to stay longer than my booking?

You can extend your booking through the app or website before your time expires. If you don't extend and overstay, you'll be charged the garage's standard drive-up rate for the additional time.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PayPal is also available in select markets.

Why are online rates cheaper than drive-up?

Pre-booking helps garages plan capacity and reduces operational costs. We pass these savings directly to you—often 20-50% less than the posted drive-up rate.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Tax is included where applicable, and there are no booking fees or service charges added at checkout.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement.

What is "Early Bird" pricing?

Early Bird rates are discounted all-day rates for drivers who arrive before 9am and leave after 5pm. It's perfect for commuters and often provides the best value for full-day parking.

Do you offer monthly parking passes?

Yes! Monthly passes provide unlimited 24/7 access at a fixed rate—typically 40-60% less than paying daily. Available at select garages with guaranteed spots. Contact us for availability.

Arriving & Parking

Do I need to print my pass?

No printing needed! Simply show the QR code from your confirmation email or the app on your phone. Many garages also support license plate recognition—just drive in and out.

How do I enter the garage?

At the garage entrance, scan your QR code at the reader or show it to the attendant. If the garage uses LPR (license plate recognition), the gate will open automatically when your plate is detected.

Is my parking spot guaranteed?

Yes! When you book with E-Park, your spot is guaranteed. Unlike drive-up parking where you might find a "Full" sign, your reservation ensures a space is waiting for you.

Can I leave and re-enter during my booking?

In-and-out privileges depend on the garage. Some allow unlimited re-entry, while others are single-entry only. Check the garage details page before booking, or contact the garage directly.

What if the garage is full when I arrive?

This shouldn't happen with a prepaid reservation! If it does, contact support immediately. We'll help you find alternate parking and issue a full refund for your original booking.

Are there height or size restrictions?

Most garages accommodate standard vehicles. Height clearance, oversized vehicle policies, and EV charging availability are listed on each garage's detail page. SUVs and trucks may have limited options at some locations.

Account & Security

Do I need an account to book?

No account required! You can book as a guest using just your email. However, creating an account lets you save vehicles, view booking history, and access special promotions.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes. The link expires after 24 hours for security.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant. We never store your full card number—payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners.

Can I save multiple vehicles?

Yes! Add multiple vehicles to your account for faster booking. You can save the make, model, color, and license plate for each vehicle and select which one you're parking at checkout.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes! We offer corporate parking programs with centralized billing, employee portals, and volume discounts. Contact our business team to learn more about enterprise solutions.

I own a garage. How do I partner with E-Park?

We'd love to work with you! Visit our "For Operators" page to learn about our platform, or contact us directly. Onboarding is quick—most garages are live within a week.

Can I validate parking for my customers?

Yes! Businesses can purchase validation codes or set up integrated validation programs. Customers receive a code that discounts or covers their parking cost. Contact us for setup.
